AD - 5 ingredient quesadillas – The ultimate speedy dinner with a little bit of spice. To make this dinner super speedy, I’m using (drum roll please!) the brand new Mexican Style Philadelphia. It’s deliciously cooling cream cheese combined with the perfect balance of spicy jalapeno works so well in a quesadilla. It’s spicy but not that spicy @PhiladelphiaUKI

To make the quesadillas, fry off some beef mince until golden with spring onions and harissa. Slather a tortilla with plenty of Mexican Style Philadelphia and top with the beef. Top with another tortilla and toast until crispy in a hot frying pan. Slice and serve.
