If you’re hosting a pizza night this summer, this 4-ingredient, 15-minute recipe is the one to make.

Italy is known for so many cheeses, but today we’re focusing on burrata! It comes from Southern Italy around Andria and Bari in Puglia, which is exactly where my family is from, so this one is personal for me.

I partnered with and to showcase Real Italian Burrata. It has an outer shell and a soft, creamy stracciatella center that makes it SO good. It’s fresh, a little sweet, and best served with simple ingredients like the pesto and arugula here so the cheese is the star.
