Apple Cider Donut Cake Recipe

Cake Ingredients:
• 1 box apple cider cake mix
• ½ c flour
• ½ c Greek yogurt
• ½ c reduced apple cider
• 1 c milk
• 4 eggs
• ¼ c butter, melted
• ¼ c oil

Toppings Ingredients:
• 4 tbsp butter, melted
• 1-2 tbsp ground cinnamon
• ½ c granulated sugar

Instructions:
1. In a bowl add sifted cake mix and remaining cake ingredients – mix well. Cover bowl and hydrate batter for 15-45 minutes
2. While batter hydrates preheat oven to 350 and grease a 10-cup bundt pan.
3. When batter is done hydrating give one final mix by hand, pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out center mostly clean.
4. While cake is baking, make cinnamon sugar by combining cinnamon and sugar, whisk until well combined.
5. Out the oven allow cake to cool 15-20 minutes before removing from pan, then transfer to wire rack for the cake to finish cooling.
6. Brush the cool cake with melted butter and apply cinnamon sugar, easier to do in sections.
