Today we’re making something seriously unexpected: beef donuts - a unique hot appetizer with a crispy golden crust and incredibly tender braised beef inside.

First, the beef is seared and then slowly braised in the oven with vegetables, red wine, and beef stock. This makes the meat incredibly tender and juicy, so it easily pulls apart into delicate strands.
