It’s Michelin pizza collaboration time with Adam “The Food Fetishist” from Copenhagen and Joel “High Speed Dining” from Washington DC. This is the carbonara pizza at Esther’s Kitchen in Las Vegas. They were just awarded a Bib Gourmand in the new Southwest MICHELIN Guide. That means high-quality food at a great value and we wholeheartedly agree.
