Here’s an in-depth look/bts of the Pork Floss Salted Egg Yolk Cake I brought to a cake picnic last May. It was inspired by the pork floss buns I grew up eating, but in cake form!

The cake starts with a green onion version of @sugarologie’s chiffon cake, my go-to sponge cake recipe, and is topped with homemade salted egg yolk filling, green onions, and LOTS of pork floss.
