Gorgeous, perfectly cooked barbecued chicken is not the easiest thing to do, but in this video you’ll learn a fool proof method inspired by the reverse sear steak technique. By roasting the chicken in the sauce first, and then browning it on a smoky grill, we get that classic barbecue chicken look and taste, but also achieve a moist, juicy interior.
