This Layer Frame Kit is made for layered creations like butter, ganache, marbré, pâte de fruit, and more. From the base, you can start stacking with thin and thick frames to build the exact height of each layer. Need to go higher? Easy. The pins screw together, so you can keep stacking and build as tall as you like, no limits!

Jules made a Chicken Skin & Buckwheat Butter and added a toasted leek powder between the layers for a sharper contrast. You can find his full recipe on his Gronda!
