Hello Folks!
I hope you’re all well. Today I made a lovely chicken noodle soup :) I’m going to freeze this in individual bags for quick lunches.
This is so easy to make…and it’s a deliciously light soup :)
I LOVE chicken noodle soup from my local Chinese takeaway, and the combination of flavours in this chicken noodle soup is a lovely alternative :)
And made even easier because I made this in the Crockpot…or slow cooker.

Everything I used will be below.

Everything I used | Serves 4

2 chicken breasts (around 400g or 14oz)
3 Chicken stock cubes dissolved in two and a half pints of boiling water (50 oz)
2 Tablespoons light soy sauce
1/2 Teaspoon of white pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
4 Teaspoons of sesame oil (very important ingredient!)
4 Sliced spring onions
200g or 7 oz Dry egg noodles

You could add things like sweetcorn, carrots & mushrooms if you like,
Or add creamed corn if you want a creamer soup :)
