Carne Asada Tostadas with Chipotle Salsa… smoky, crispy & absolutely packed with flavour. I used skirt steak here, but the marinade works wonders on flank, flap, ribeyes, NY strips or even chicken. If you really want to take things to the next level, you gotta try building the salsa in some Kettle & Fire Beef Tallow first. It’s made from grass-fed beef, has a high smoke point perfect for charring & gives the salsa an incredibly deep, clean & delicious flavour you just can’t get from anything else. It’s also amazing for making the crispiest homemade tostadas & keeps everything seed oil-free. Finish things off with some creamy avocado, crunchy shredded lettuce, a squeeze of lime + some charred green onions & radish on the side for the ultimate combination of textures & flavours
