Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Chicken

For Marination:
- 200 g Curd
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- Salt to taste

For Gravy:

- Ghee + Mustard Oil
- 5 Medium Onions, chopped
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1½ tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 Star Anise
- 1 Small Cinnamon Stick
- 8 Cloves
- 3 Green Cardamoms
- ½ tsp Cumin
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Kasuri Methi
- Fresh Coriander
