Fresh, colorful, and bursting with flavor, this homemade corn salsa is even better than Chipotle!
Made with sweet corn, juicy tomatoes, jalapeños, and fresh lime, it's easy to customize just the way you like it.
Serve it with tortilla chips or spoon it over tacos, grilled chicken, fish, or salads for the perfect summer bite!

• ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• ½ small red onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
• ½ tsp kosher salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ⅔ cup crumbled feta (optional)
