Easy Crab Salad Sandwiches

Budget-friendly and delicious! This recipe makes 8 sandwiches for less than the cost of one trip through the drive-thru.

You'll need:

1 cucumber
24 oz. imitation crab
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Peel, seed, and dice the cucumber. Cut the crab into smaller pieces. Mix the crab and cucumber with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste. Spoon onto hamburger buns.

Wrap each sandwich in wax paper, then place it in a sandwich bag. Enjoy!
