LITERALLY one of the easiest meals I throw together when I have zero desire to be in the kitchen.

While the rice is cooking (which takes about 20 minutes) & your chicken is in the air fryer, you can make your green sauce.

I opted for corn but we usually eating some type of greens with this meal… a salad, green beans, or sautéed broccoli!

10/10 would recommend this one!
