1 tbsp honey
1 1/4 cups buttermilk (or Non-dairy milk+ 1 tbsp lemon juice)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup semolina or corn meal (for dusting)
