I made eight racks of these pork ribs for my daughter’s family birthday lunch and they were an absolute hit!

They’re surprisingly easy to scale up when you’re feeding a crowd. Wrapping the ribs in baking paper and foil keeps them juicy and fall-apart tender, then they’re glazed with BBQ sauce and baked until sticky and caramelised.

Perfect for an easy weekend get-together with all your favourite sides.
