We’re elevating sheet pan chicken by literally elevating the chicken and roasting the thighs on top of sourdough bread, which soaks up all the juices from the meat as it cooks, producing something no stuffing or bread dressing can match. We paired the garlic, lemon, and herb chicken with Brussels sprouts, potatoes, mushrooms, and summer squash—but you can use any vegetables you like. Enjoy!
