Ingredients:
50g flour
50ml boiling water
450g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1.5 tsp yeast
280ml warm water
1.5 tbsp cooking oil
Proof until doubled in size.
80g flour
70g cooking oil
50g butter
sugar, a little flour & black sesame seeds
brush with water
sesame seeds
brush with oil
Let them rest for 10 minutes
Preheat the oven and bake at 220°C for 12 minutes.
