3 tbsp ghee, cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom pods, smashed, 3 cloves, ½ tsp cumin seeds
I onion, finely chopped
I tbsp garlic and ginger paste
Leftover tandoori chicken tikka (see other video)
3 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp mixed powder
¼ tsp ground turmeric
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
Leftover saffron rice
Pinch of saffron infused in 2 tbsp hot milk
3 tbsp finely chopped coriander (cilantro)
Salt, to taste
