Don’t you love  have food can bring back so many memories my girls when they were little absolutely love these biscuits I used to make so I thought I’d try and re-create them using our bulk dry biscuit mix and guess what these turned out even better than I remembered.

And now I can make these so much simpler using the bulk dry mix If you haven’t seen my bulk dry mixes, I’ve got ANZAC biscuits, brownies, pancakes, muffins and biscuits  and they just make baking so much easier… it’s kind of like you’re halfway through baking before you’ve even started.
