It's Friday, so it's pizza night — homemade, from the dough up.

Tonight's dinner is homemade pizza.

We rolled out the dough, spread on the sauce, and layered on mozzarella, pepperoni, and pineapple — yes, we're a pineapple family, and we're not sorry. A little extra cheese on top helps hold everything in place, then it goes on the wood fired grill to bake. Yes you can grill pizza!

Served up with a simple side salad, this is our go-to Friday night dinner. Homemade pizza is easier than you'd think, and it beats delivery every time.
