I finally gave the giant pancake on the Blackstone a try after seeing my friend Casey from @Cooknwoods make them a few times…and honestly, I should’ve done this sooner. One giant pancake is way easier than standing there flipping a bunch of little ones, and it turned out so good.

This would honestly be perfect for camping mornings too. Easy cleanup, simple ingredients, and everybody can just grab a slice and eat. That’s my kind of breakfast.

If you’ve got a Blackstone, griddle, camper, or just love easy outdoor cooking ideas, you’ve gotta try this one.
