* 500g chicken wings
* 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
* ½ tsp pepper powder
* 1 tsp red chilli powder
* Salt to taste
* 2 tbsp cornflour
* 1 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
* Oil for frying or air frying

For Honey Garlic Sauce

* 2 tbsp butter
* 5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
* 3 tbsp honey
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp chilli flakes
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* Sesame seeds for garnish
