One of the top bites from @worldfoodchampionships in Indy!

We served up over 1000 servings of this burger and it was a massive hit! I worked with @chefgreeny and @eatnewschool to bring this flavor packed bite to the Taste of World Food Championships this year!

Cheese Spread:

12 oz whipped cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup @eatnewschool Shreds

1. Just Mix everything together and refrigerate for 30 mins or more until ready to serve.

Burger:
3-4 oz 80/20 beef balls
Lawrys Seasoned salt
Thinly sliced onion and jalapeno
@eatnewschool Sliced American cheese
@potatorolls , steamed
Cheese spread
