I Make the Easiest Oven Baby Back Ribs — Fall Off the Bone Every Time

If ribs have always felt a little intimidating, let me change your mind — these oven baby back ribs are as simple as rub, cover, bake, and sauce, and they come out fall-apart tender every single time. No grill, no smoker, no fuss. I make my rub with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, press it into both sides of two racks of baby back ribs, wrap them up tight in foil, and let them go low and slow at 275°F for two and a half to three hours. Then I slather on about a cup of barbecue sauce — I mixed Sweet Baby Ray's with Kinder's Hickory Brown Sugar and that was the winning combination for me — and pop them back in a hot 425°F oven uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, until the sauce caramelizes into those little crispy bits. Save this one for your next family cookout or Sunday supper!
