This has become my favorite recipe to make when people are coming over. A half sheet pan focaccia pizza that can feed a crowd!!

I’ve made it the classic 6-hour way, a 4-hour version, and today I let it rise for about 7½–8 hours. That’s why I love this dough—it gives you so much flexibility.

It feeds a crowd, bakes beautifully in a half-sheet pan, and somehow disappears every single time.
