Looking for the PERFECT summer treat? Look no further than the watermelon feta salad. This is sure to have everyone asking you how you made it! And if you don’t have any of this growing in your own gardens, don’t stress, store bought is fine! Love you Ina ❤️

Recipe:
1 whole watermelon cubed into 1/2 inch ish cubes
1-2 cucumbers cubes (I like the crunch of having more)
1 red onion diced fine
1 cup-ish basil chopped
1 cup-ish mint chopped
1-2 cups of feta cheese crumbles
Don’t forget a little bit of salt to taste!

Dressing:
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 whole lemon

Make sure to serve it chilled! Happy Gardening
