We just attempted to make spaghetti and meatballs on the jobsite
Fall is almost here, so we use pumpkin in our meatballs.
We’re calling these “Fall Balls”.
Next, I added parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, sage, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.

I used eggs as a binder and combined together ground beef, sausage, and our pumpkin mixture.
We don’t have an oven on the jobsite, so we decided to deep fry the Fall Balls in the excavator bucket.
Now, these Fall Balls were the size of a baseball, so we needed to let them cook all the way through.
It took about 8 minutes in the fryer.
At this point I had to hurry- the spaghetti was almost done, and I still needed to season the sauce.
You won’t believe how heavy a pitchfork of spaghetti is- just look at that beautiful sauce.
A little planed parmesan on top and it was ready to eat.
