Ingredients

* 2 cups boiled pasta
* 1 tbsp oil
* 4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
* 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
* 1 small onion, finely chopped
* 1½ cup green capsicum, finely chopped
* 1½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
* 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
* ⁠5-6 Mushroom Slices
* ⁠8-10 Broccoli Flowers
* 2 tomato, finely chopped
* 1 packet Maggi Masala
* 1 packet Smith Pasta Masala
* 1 tsp black pepper powder
* 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
* 1 tsp red chili powder
* ⁠2-3 tpsp tomato sauce
* 2-3 tbsp Schezwan chutney
* Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)

Method

1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the chopped garlic and green chilies until fragrant.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook for a minute.
3. Add the green capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and tomato. Cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
4. Add the Maggi Masala, Smith & Jones Pasta Masala, black pepper, salt, and red chili powder. Mix well.
5. Stir in the tomato sauce and Schezwan chutney.
6. Add the boiled pasta and toss until everything is well coated.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot or pack for the lunchbox.
