Caramelized Onion Chicken Pasta

THE FULL RECIPE IS IN MY PROFILE!

My son traded his homemade garlic Parmesan fried chicken tenders for a Lunchable, so naturally I had to step things up. Today we're making an insanely creamy caramelized onion chicken pasta loaded with juicy chicken, rich Parmesan and onions cooked low and slow for 45 minutes. McKenna's dad better bring his A-game because the school lunch competition is officially back!
