Paper Plate is a brand-new New York-style slice shop in central Copenhagen, serving thin, crispy pizzas inspired by classic NYC pizzerias. The menu ranges from a simple tomato pie and pepperoni with hot honey to original combinations like chicken salsiccia with blue cheese and a sesame-crusted white pie inspired by Best Pizza in Williamsburg. Paper Plate opens September 2 on Grønnegade – and for opening day, slices are just $1 (around 6.5 DKK).
