I never follow recipes but for Ragu Alla Bolognese I figured I should try. So I looked up the official recipe thats filed in the Bologna Chamber Of Commerce in Italy by the Academia Italiana Della Cucina. Doesn't get much more official than that. I'm extremely lazy so even though this wasn't too crazy, cooking for over 3 hours is wild for me but I would say it was worth it.
