Creamy Chicken Bacon Garlic Wraps
1. Take 12 ounces of bacon and chop small. Cook in a large skillet until crispy. Then remove from pan leaving the grease.
2. Take 2 pounds of chicken and chop into small cubes. Season very well however you’d like. I seasoned with garlic powder, onion and herb seasoning, Cowboy butter seasoning, spicy garlic crunch seasoning, smoked paprika and pepper.
3. Cook your chicken in the bacon grease on medium to high heat for 3 minutes then flip and cook another 2 minutes. Then add a couple tablespoons of easy onion. Toss another minute now add 1-2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
4. Now add around 1 cup of heavy cream. Turn down heat. Season again here with the same seasonings. Add your bacon back to the pan. Toss around until everything is heated through.
5. Take a burrito tortilla and add a few tablespoons of your creamy chicken to the middle. Top with some shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Then fold over sides and roll up like a burrito.
6. Grab a skillet and set to a medium heat and add a touch of oil. Lay your burrito seam side down on the pan and cook until a bit browned. Roll over and brown the other sides as well.
7. Enjoy!!
