When dinner becomes the exhale.

Light the candle, pour the wine, and make the easiest pasta dinner all in ONE pan. No separate pot for the pasta, no complicated sauce, and barely any cleanup.
Cherry tomatoes, garlic, onion, spinach and Barilla linguine all simmer together until the pasta is tender and coated in the simplest, coziest sauce. Finish it with fresh lemon and plenty of Parmesan and dinner is done.
Save this one for the busy nights when you still want dinner to feel a little special.
Ingredients
* 1 box Barilla linguine
* Cherry tomatoes, halved
* 1 handful fresh spinach
* 3–4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
* ½ small onion, chopped
* Olive oil
* Salt, to taste
* Black pepper, to taste
* Red pepper flakes, to taste
* Boiling water, enough to just cover the linguine
* 1 fresh lemon
* Freshly grated Parmesan, for serving
Instructions
1. Add the Barilla linguine to a large, deep skillet or sauté pan.
2. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, spinach, sliced garlic and chopped onion around the pasta.
3. Drizzle everything generously with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes.
4. Pour boiling water directly into the pan, using just enough to cover the linguine.
5. Place the pan over medium to medium-high heat and bring everything to a gentle simmer.
6. Cook until the linguine is al dente, tossing and stirring frequently so the pasta cooks evenly and releases its starch into the liquid. Add a splash more hot water if the pan becomes dry before the pasta is finished.
7. As the pasta finishes cooking, the tomatoes will soften and the remaining starchy liquid and olive oil will create a light sauce.
8. Finish with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon and freshly grated Parmesan, if desired.
9. Toss everything together and serve immediately with your glass of wine.
