One Pot Rajma Chaawal , our Sunday ritual. It’s the most comforting meal & can be made in under 25 minutes with minimal prep.
Having the right cookware can make your weekly rituals more reliable. I have used @Stahl_india ‘s Xpress Cooker. I have been using it since a long time & loved the experience.

Before adding kasuri methi, rub them between your fingers. This releases their flavour carrying essential oils and imparts a better flavour.
