I’m embarrassed to even call this a recipe. More just like a reminder that you can make a cheesy bean and rice burrito at home, with a delicious cilantro yogurt dipping sauce, some smashed avocado, HOT SAUCE (which I didn’t show but you need), and maybe a cute little side salad.

Boom. Dinner is served.
