This year's trip to Italy (Rome and Ischia to be exact) was such a delight. I think there is no better souvenir than being able to recreate something fabulous that you ate on vacation, and that's what today's video is all about! Recreating feelings and reliving memories through food- even if the recreation I'm able to accomplish at home isn't ~exactly~ as I had it in Italy. Surprisingly, some of the best dishes I had on a sweltering, sun-drenched Italian summer trip are perfect for these first few weeks of early Autumn, and you can find all of the recipes from this video below!
