Red Food Is Spicy (2yo Logic vs Red Roti)

My two-year-old Kitchen Supervisor has a very strict, completely irrational rule. All red food is too spicy, except for tomatoes. To hack her palate, I decided to make these vibrant flatbreads. This is technically considered a classic chapati because it relies entirely on unleavened whole wheat flour, hot water, and a pinch of salt—no yeast etc. You just knead it, go for a break, roll it into balls, take another break, cook it hot and fast. The only difference here is pulverized beet powder giving it that terrifying red glow. And ghee to maximize color!
She loves beef, so I cubed up some steak and tossed it in purple potato powder. The ultimate test was seeing if she’d actually go for the red wheat chapati or revert to tomatoes addiction.

Ingredients
* Whole wheat flour (Atta)
* Freeze-dried organic beet powder
* Hot Water
* Salt
* Ghee (Enhance Color Frying)
* Steak (cubed)
* Potato powder (or starch for coating)
* Sauted Veges As Well
