We love burgers and a classic cheeseburger is hard to beat. But it’s also good to ring the changes. So we have spiced up a pork burger, squidged it on to one of our griddle plates with our burger press, then topped it with griddled peach and a toasted brioche bun, steamed it under our burger dome ad then finished it off with pink pickled onions. A very satisfactory result!

We started with 500g pork mince and added 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh thyme, 1 teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds, the grated rind of half an orange, a sprinkle of finely chopped fresh chilli and a pinch of salt.
