Aka the viral Costco chicken and rice in a bag hack lol. One of the easiest meals you could make. Just a simple way to elevate a rotisserie chicken.

Ingredients:

Rotisserie Chicken
Green onion
Thai basil
White rice
Soy sauce
Rice vinegar
Chili oil
Sesame seeds

Optional:
Kewpie mayo


Instructions:

1. Shred a rotisserie chicken using your hands
2. Add that back into the rotissericr chicken bag along with rice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, herbs, and sesame seeds
3. Start with about 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili oil and adjust to your liking from their. If it needs more salt add more soy sauce etc.
4. Seal the bag and shake until fully combined and enjoy.
5. Optionally you can mix in some kewpie mayo for extra richness
