• Cheddar cheese slices
• Puff pastry
• 1 egg
• Sesame seeds, optional

Instructions

• Wrap each sausage in a slice of cheddar cheese.
• Cut the puff pastry into strips and wrap them tightly around the sausage, making sure the cheese is fully covered so it doesn’t leak out while baking.
• Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
• Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes, until golden and puffed.
