This creamy chicken pasta was such an easy slow cooker dinner, and it was a win with my toddler too. I love that the sauce does all the work while you go about your day.

**Creamy Chicken Rigatoni**
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp onion salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 lb cooked rigatoni
- Baby spinach

**Optional:** cheese, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan

Add the chicken, marinara, broth, heavy cream, garlic, oregano, onion salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.

Shred the chicken, then stir in the cooked rigatoni and baby spinach until the spinach wilts. Top with cheese, parsley, and Parmesan if you want. Easy, creamy, and toddler-approved.
