INGREDIENTS
Caramelized onions
1 whole Onion sliced
1 tablespoon Salted butter
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 pinches Kosher salt

Truffle garlic mayo
2 tablespoon Mayo
1 teaspoon Garlic paste
½ teaspoon Tuffle oil
1 pinch Kosher salt

Smash burger
⅓ lb Grass Fed Ground Beef
¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
¼ tsp Cracked pepper
1 tbsp Avocado oil
Grilled cheese
2 pats Salty butter
2 slices Potato bread
2 tablespoon Garlic truffle mayo leave the rest for dipping
4 oz Gouda Cheese grated (a little over half a wedge)
1 cooked Burger patty
2 tablespoon Caramelized onions
