Clarkee is recreating one of the most iconic fast food breakfasts with his Blackstone take on the legendary McDonald's Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin. Crispy sausage, melted cheese, a runny egg and a toasted English muffin come together for a breakfast that's every bit as nostalgic and even better made fresh on the griddle. Watch the full video to see how it's done.

Copycat Sausage and Egg McMuffin: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/sausage-and-egg-mcmuffin-copycat
Ingredients
900 g breakfast sausage meat
4 English muffins, split
4 medium eggs
4 slices American cheese
30 g salted butter
Light oil, for the griddle
Salt
Black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat your Blackstone to medium-low heat and lightly oil the cooking surface.
2. Divide the sausage meat into 4 equal portions and gently flatten each into a patty slightly larger than the English muffins.
3. Butter the cut sides of the English muffins and toast them on the griddle until golden brown. Move them to a cooler area to keep warm.
4. Place the sausage patties onto the griddle and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and nicely browned.
5. During the final minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of American cheese and allow it to melt.
6. While the sausage cooks, place egg rings on the griddle and lightly oil the inside of each ring. Crack one egg into each ring, breaking the yolk if you prefer the classic McDonald's texture.
7. Season the eggs with salt and black pepper. Add a small splash of water beside the rings and cover briefly to steam until the eggs are just set.
8. Assemble each muffin by placing a cheesy sausage patty on the bottom half of a toasted English muffin, followed by the egg, then the top half of the muffin.
9.Give the muffin a gentle press, serve hot, and enjoy.
Cook Anything, Anytime, Anywhere.
