Hey, I’m Yeeda and today I’m making recipes for every World Cup match: USA vs Türkiye.

For this matchup, I’m taking one of America’s most iconic foods, the hamburger... and fusing it with one of Türkiye’s most legendary foods, the kebab.

A burger is already built around seasoned meat in a bun… and kebab is all about deeply seasoned, grilled meat. So I decided to combine both into one ridiculous fusion recipe:

The Kebab Bourgeois.
