Classic American brunch… done perfectly.

I was wondering why there is always such a long line here for what looks like a classic American brunch - and the answer is their food is just absolutely amazing. Both the pancakes and burger are some of the best I’ve ever had. They said they make everything in house and you can taste the care that goes into every detail. The burger is so cooked perfectly and so juicy, the meat is high quality, and with that truffle cream it was perfect. The burger is huge but it looks small compared to the thai banana pecan pancakes because those are even bigger. They are also crispy on the outside, the perfect fluffy cakey texture on the inside, and I love that the dough is so flavorful. The homemade Thai syrup really shows their attention to detail. Their space is also so beautiful, and love that they have outdoor seating as well! We walked in and waited in the line, but they also take reservations!
