This time, Indian-inspired naman! I visited Kama Modern Indian in Chicago, and I enjoyed the food so much that I went home inspired to create my own versions for you.

From Chicken Biryani and Chicken Masala to Spinach Paneer and a Goan-inspired curry, I’ll show you dishes you can add to your weekly menu—plus, samahan n’yo ako sa Kama to see and taste the food that inspired it all.
