Hey guys, my name is Yeeda. Today on Recipe Review, we're making White Castle sliders. The whole concept basically revolves around poking holes into a raw beef square so it can steam over a puddle of sad, rehydrated onions. It looks highly questionable, but the food science actually checks out. I ignored the mustard requirement and used Kewpie mayo instead. The "pinch and pull" flip technique is low-key valid, though. 7/10.
