Soup weather is almost here, and this one comes straight from a viewer's kitchen. Stephanie sent us her family's chicken tortilla soup — tender chicken thighs, carrots, and sweet onion simmered in a chili-cumin tomato broth — plus her homemade tortilla chips for dipping and topping.
