Beef & Broccoli:
1 tsp avocado oil
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp minced garlic
1lb ground beef
12oz broccoli florets
*Sauce

1.saute onions & garlic in oil over medium
2.add beef- brown
3.add broccoli, cover w/ lid -steam 5 min
4.pour sauce in & simmer till thickens

Sauce:
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp crush ginger
1/2C water
1/3C low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 heaping tbsp cornstarch
*whisk

rice:
2C chicken broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1C dried white rice

1.bring all ingredients to boil
2.once boiling reduce heat to low, cover, cook till liquid is absorbed and rice is tender
